About abeSA
Association of Business Executives South Africa (abeSA) was formed in 2008. It is a subsidiary of the Association of Business Executives (ABE) in the United Kingdom (UK) which is a professional body established in 1973. People involved within the field of business management have a unique opportunity through abeSA to access membership, certification and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

The primary objective of abeSA is to promote ethical business practice and personal development. This is achieved by:

• Voluntary membership and adherence to the code of conduct)
• Managerial certification which leads to the award of certified designations such as the sought after Certified General Manager (CGM)
• Relevant Continuous Professional Development activity
• Our services and offerings carry local and international recognition.
The Association of Business Executives in the UK is proud to have recognition as an awarding body from the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) in the United Kingdom.

Mission
The Association of Business Executives South Africa enhances the intellectual, social and economic development of individuals and communities through the provision of relevant, high-quality, affordable awards and designations of managerial certification with a focus on junior and middle management.

International Reciprocity

Members of abeSA enjoy equivalency in the United Kingdom with ABE, South African Members do not however enjoy voting rights in the UK.
